ORDER PROCESSING

• Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from our Shanghai warehouse. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
• Pre-order items will be shipped within 10-60 working days. Please double check the item description for specific shipping estimates on pre-order items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We currently only ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. We are working hard to offer worldwide shipping.
• Worldwide delivery times will vary based on location. Most orders should arrive within 14 working days of shipment, not the date the order is placed.
• You may refer to your destinations accordingly for estimated delivery dates at checkout.
